The Process

Consultative meeting

Stage 1

We start off any interior design relationship with a face-to-face meeting (or a video chat to abide social-distancing). This initial consultation is free of charge, and is so we can talk with with you, understand your vision, and learn more about your budget. We'll get to know your personality, obtain a full-understanding of your aspirations and discuss the look and feel of what you have in mind. We spend more time searching for the best suppliers for you, working harder for less, so getting a clear picture of your objectives is essential.

Presentation

Stage 2

The design team will create you a bespoke presentation with a fabric moodboard. We'll meet with you to present and discuss the design concept we have custom created for you. The vision will be presented to you in your preferred way, either digitally or on A3 sample boards where we can talk through each item, fabric and design we have selected for you.

Amendments, sign off, installation

Stage 3

Following your feedback we will amend and adjust the design as needed to perfect it ready for production. Once you are happy with the final design you will sign it off to start the production process. Your assigned interior designer will distribute an installaiton schedule and keep you involved at all stages of the ordering process. Our team will carry out the necessary checks prior to our white glove installation. We will be present on installation of the items to ensure a smooth fit out followed by a walk-through of the interior.

Aftercare

Stage 4

To ensure you are completly delighted with your interiors, we will follow up with you to answer any queries you may have or provide any additional assistance you may need. This is to make sure you are entirely happy with the service and products we have provided, and ask for you to share feedback on your experience. We love hearing how our clients are enjoying their new homes.
